Enrolling is simple. Students must complete the registration form and submit the program fee of only $20. For online courses, payment can be made through our secure Square payment link. Students may also register and pay in person at one of our enrollment pop-up events held throughout New York City.
After payment is completed, students will receive an Enrollment Code. This code is required to finalize registration and secure a spot in their selected course. Students who register at an in-person event will receive their Enrollment Code on-site.
Our courses are primarily recommended for middle school students (grades 6–8). However, some programs may also be available to elementary or high school students, depending on the subject and course level. Specific grade recommendations can be found in each course description.
After receiving your Enrollment Code, visit the Online Classes page on our website and click the registration link. Enter your Enrollment Code when prompted to complete your registration and secure your spot in the course.
Each session typically lasts around 8 weeks, though the exact length may vary slightly depending on the course. Some programs may be a little shorter or longer to best fit the curriculum and learning goals.
Refunds are only available before a session begins. Once a session has started, program fees are generally non-refundable. If you have questions or would like to request a refund before the start of a session, please contact us at ContactSupportPWI@gmail.com for assistance. For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.
To apply as an instructor, visit the Join Us page on the Pathways Initiatives website and click the link to the Instructor Application Form. Complete the form with your information, academic background, and the subjects you are interested in teaching. Applications are reviewed by our team, and qualified applicants may be contacted for additional information before being considered for an instructor position.
Organizations interested in partnering with Pathways Initiatives can contact us through our website or by emailing Contact@pathwaysinitiatives.org. We welcome partnerships with schools, libraries, nonprofits, community groups, businesses, restaurants, stores, and other organizations that support student success and community engagement. Our team will review your inquiry and discuss potential partnership opportunities.
There is no direct application for most leadership positions. Students can begin by applying to become an Instructor or joining one of our Management Teams. Through hard work, dedication, initiative, and a commitment to our mission, members may be considered for leadership opportunities as they become available. Outstanding contributions are noticed by our leadership team, and qualified members may be invited to take on greater responsibilities within the organization.

Welcome! This program is entirely student-run; donations are not necessary, but would be a great help to the leadership, who are running everything out of their own pockets
