Refund Policy

At Pathways Initiatives, we are committed to providing high-quality and affordable educational opportunities for students. To ensure fairness for all participants and allow for proper program planning, the following Refund Policy applies to all enrollments.

1.1. Participants may request a full refund of their program fee if the request is submitted before the official start date of the enrolled session.

1.2. Refund requests must be submitted by the participant or their parent/guardian through  ContactSupportPWI@gmail.com.

1.3. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

2.1. Once a session has officially begun, program fees are generally non-refundable.

2.2. No refunds will be provided for:

• Missed classes or lessons. 
• Schedule conflicts. 
• Failure to attend a registered course. 
• Voluntary withdrawal after the session has started. 

2.3. Program fees support instructional resources, administrative costs, and program operations, which are allocated once a session begins.

3.1. Pathways Initiatives understands that unforeseen situations may occur.

3.2. In cases involving:

• Serious illness, 
• Significant injury, 
• Medical emergencies, 
• Family emergencies, or 
• Other circumstances that prevent a student from attending lessons, 

Participants or their parents/guardians may submit a request for special consideration.

3.3. Pathways Initiatives may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial refund based on the specific circumstances and the portion of the program already completed.

3.4. A partial refund is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3.5. Supporting documentation, such as a doctor's note or other relevant records, may be requested before a decision is made.

4.1. Pathways Initiatives reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify programs due to:

• Low enrollment, 
• Instructor availability, 
• Facility or technology issues, 
• Safety concerns, or 
• Other unforeseen circumstances. 

4.2. If a program is canceled by Pathways Initiatives before the session begins, participants will be eligible for a full refund of all program fees paid.

5.1. To request a refund, please contact  ContactSupportPWI@gmail.com  with:

• Student's full name, 
• Course name, 
• Enrollment Code (if applicable), 
• Reason for the refund request. 

5.2. Refund requests will typically be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.

5.3. Pathways Initiatives reserves the right to request additional information before making a final decision.

6.1. By enrolling in any Pathways Initiatives program, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

6.2. All refund determinations are made at the discretion of Pathways Initiatives and shall be considered final.
